Orders
Once you have fallen in love with an item, just add it to your cart by clicking on the “Add to Cart" button. Products in your cart are reserved for you only after you have successfully completed the checkout process.
After you've placed your order and your payment and shipping details have been verified, you will receive an Order Confirmation by email.

Payments

Shipping
Majority of our items ship either UPS or USPS.
Shipping times will vary, but all items are shipped directly from our warehouse within 1-2 business days.

Returns
Yes! We are certain that you will love our products. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return any eligible product within (30) days of delivery. Please note that custom and made-to-order items may not be eligible to be returned.
If you believe you received an incorrect, misrepresented, or defective item we do our best to correct this. Please follow these simple steps:
1. Login to your account and click "Return" or send us an email at support@smashedperformance.com that informs us of your wish to return your purchase. For speediest processing, please include your name, telephone number, order number, and, where applicable, photographs documenting the damage or error.
2. Once your request is received and approved by our Customer Service team, we will send you a printable shipping label.
3. Refunds will be processed after the items have been received by our warehouse.
